Energier Apollo charge controller can be used in multiple applications. It can compose power backup system, or with a quick setting, it can compose a simple solar hybrid system either with grid or diesel generators.

System work mode
When Energier Apollo is set to “Power Backup Mode”, AC grid will work as the 1st priority energy source. When the AC input is not present,
it will switch to inverter mode automatically.
By dip switch 8, it can be set to enable/disable charging the battery. Please refer Chapter 4.8 for details. We assume the setting is “Enable”
in this manual.
The built-in smart battery charger automatically starts up when qualified AC power is presented either from grid or generator, charging
the battery connected.
The built-in charger of Energier Apollo was designed with high power, which can quickly charge a battery within 6-8hrs.
Multi stage sophisticated charging algorithm for lead acid battery
Fitted with multistage charging algorithm (bulk-absorption-float-recycle), the built-in charger of the Energier Apollo is designed to charge batteries quickly and fully. Microprocessor controlled charging algorithm with variable absorption charging times guarantees the optimal
charging for batteries of different discharged state.
